Cullman County is the largest of the four counties in District 4. It has two school districts: Cullman City and Cullman County with a handful of private school options. Cullman hosts numerous annual festivals drawing large crowds from nearby counties and states to enjoy strawberries, eat BBQ, and smell the flowers. Home of Smith Lake, people all over the US make the decision to reside in Cullman, AL.
